We create business for social enterprises with work force development programs that support and expand job opportunities for people with significant barriers to fair wage employment. We are also a direct provider of jobs to people from underserved communities in Chicago through our 1eleven® Program.
Our mission is to Empower Women. Women like you. Women who want to connect with themselves and the other women in their lives on a deeper level. Nothing moves us more than knowing we have helped to touch someone’s life. But we don’t stop at our customers. We want to empower our friends too, so we created a business model that employs stay-at-home moms who handcraft all our pieces from their own homes, on their own time frame and most importantly earn a thriving wage.
Birthed through the emotional and financial challenges of the recession, the idea of SoulKu came to us in a vision. We saw ourselves and women all around the world linked by a network of celebratory, sparkling light that inspired, empowered and connected. We felt our souls calling us to action, to be the change we wished to see.
Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, we used our world’s challenges as pure inspiration and motivation for empowering ourselves and women everywhere. We created our first collection, the Soul-Full of LIGHT line; simple, affordable necklaces inspired by the healing properties of gemstones and the spiritual laws of attraction, belief, and intention. We prayed, and sang and infused each necklace with LOVE and LIGHT. And that’s still how we do it today.

angelrox is a family business crafting our wares in an historic textile mill in Biddeford, Maine. we take pride and joy in giving back to our community and contributing in its revival.
our versatile designs are made by a dedicated team of angels that craft each piece with care and joy. we hand cut and stitch in our light filled mill space using traditional techniques. each piece is is sewn from start to finish by a single stitcher using american made machines that were invented in 1881 in New England.
angelrox clothing is made from bamboo + cozy sustainable plant based fibers that breathe and feel so sweet on sensitive skin. our colors are drawn from nature and blend beautifully. a rich dose of stretch supports and comforts the body in the most loving way for a great fit across a range of body types and sizes. easy to care for and durable, angelrox allows customers to dance through their busy days with ease while planting their feet gently upon the ground.
we engineer our products to minimize waste and save, reuse, recycle and eliminate waste in our office, production and lives all that we can. our marketing and packaging is made in house using 100% recycled paper. our fabrics are knit near us in the northeast which reduces the distance they must travel and saves fuel. we take mindful actions with regard to earth every day.
